1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mathematics Madness ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mathematics Madness is an educational math practice app created by Patrick Savidge that offers daily challenges, multiplayer tournaments, classroom features, and practice modes. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers the following subscription options:

• Math Madness Pro Monthly: $1.99 per month
• Math Madness Pro Yearly: $14.99 per year
• Teacher Mode: $9.99 per month (includes 1 month free trial)

Subscription Terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or payment method at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are in US dollars and may vary in other countries.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have parental consent if younger.

5. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Account settings in the App. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data, statistics, progress, and classroom associations. This action cannot be undone.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to cheat, hack, or manipulate the App or leaderboards
• Harass, bully, or harm other users
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content through usernames
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

7. Classroom Features

Teachers who subscribe to Teacher Mode can create classrooms and invite students. By joining a classroom, students consent to sharing their username, name, and performance statistics with the classroom teacher.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Patrick Savidge and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patrick Savidge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
